Purpose

Women of Integrity, is a network of women who want to develop and mature their character to walk in righteousness, truth, integrity and honesty. They want to overcome fears and be challenged to become a better individual. They want to learn the truth about themselves and others in a safe environment. They are willing to get real.

When we recognize that we are influencing people on a daily basis - for good or bad - we come to understand that we are a leader. I don’t know about you, but I would like to know that at the end of the day I have influenced someone in a positive way; have made a difference; have chosen righteousness and truth; and have walked in integrity and honesty.

Have I done that everyday? I am sorry to say, no. There are many days that I know I have come up short. Women of Integrity Network is not about perfection. However, it is about excellence. Yes, that means you’re going to miss it and maybe even have to say so. That is integrity, to admit when we have missed it and admit when we are weak. Now you are growing into a mature leader and individual.

My name is Amy Kier and I believe that each one of us has a destiny and will be held accountable for what we have done or not done. I believe that every person has the potential for growth. There is no such thing as, “This is just the way I am.” Everyone can grow and mature if they choose to.

As the owner of Next Step Design Solutions, an advertising company in Casper, Wyoming, and as a Life Group Leader in my Church and community, as a mother, friend, etc., I am daily challenged to grow. Everyday is a challenge. It is a challenge to be corrected and to face my weaknesses. It is a challenge to accept people and allow them to have faults and give them the opportunity for growth. It is a challenge to overcome my fears. Life is a challenge. That is what we are about - facing the challenges - overcoming our fears - and in the end, being transformed and seeing others transformed. In this way we will see our families, businesses, schools and community influenced for the better.

She speaks with wisdom and faithful instruction is on her tongue. Proverbs 31:26
